Our aim is to improve quality of life and reduce loneliness, for all ages especially for those who are disadvantaged by poor health, and disability. We enable and support people led activities, encouraging participants as both beneficiaries and helpers. We improve opportunities for people of all ages for individual and/or personal development, particularly those who are vulnerable and disadvantaged. We reduce loneliness, encourage independence and self-worth. We also have provide active and supportive play sessions for Toddlers and Babies, as part of our Families Together project.
